What are the check-in times?
Check-in is from 4 PM, but if the flat is ready, you can of course access it. Check-out is by 9.30 AM.
Is it possible to postpone the check-out?
Of course, on request at the time of booking. May incur an additional charge.
Do you have a garage?
Yes, we have both a private car park and an indoor garage for a fee.
Is it possible to have a cot for a baby?
Absolutely! When booking, you can request a cot to use during your entire holiday.
Is breakfast included?
No, but we have flats with fully equipped kitchens, and there is a bakery nearby and a minimarket with typical ready-made products.
What if we wanted to go out for dinner?
No problem, we will guide you in the choice of the best restaurants in the area.
What excursions can I do in Livigno?
Bring your hiking boots and take the path right behind the house, we will recommend you the best walks suited to your physical preparation.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, your small and medium-sized pets are allowed, an additional charge is required.
Is there an extra charge for using the Sauna?
No, it is always included in the price of the stay.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
How can I reach the center of Livigno?
By free bus, by car or on foot along the cycle path.
How far are the ski slopes?
You can walk directly to the Palipert 9 ski lift, which will easily take you to Carosello 3000.
Do you have a ski depot?
Yes, we have a ski depot with private lockers and a boot drying system.
